Instructions:

Wash the removed chicken thighs, dab them dry, salt and pepper them.

Brown the chicken pieces in a pot in a little oil on all sides, remove again and put aside.

Peel the onion, dice finely and fry in the pot. Stir in the paprika powder and immediately pour in the water. Then stir in the tomato paste, add the chicken thighs back into the pot and let them steam until soft.

Take the chicken pieces out again, mix the flour and sour cream well with a whisk and stir briskly into the sauce.

Then simmer for about 5 minutes, puree with a hand blender and add the chicken top legs back to the sauce.

Season again to taste, dress and serve.
