For the pangasius fillets with spinach and feta cheese topping, season the pangasius fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper and fry carefully on both sides in a little fat. Then remove the fish from the pan.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces (or use 1 can of sliced tomatoes) and also cut/crumble the feta cheese into pieces.

In a pan, heat tomato pieces with spinach leaves, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and cover with the topping. Sprinkle with feta cheese and place in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
