Instructions:

For the pancakes with parsley, mix milk with eggs, flour, salt and oil and let rest for 30 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley. Heat some of the butter in a pancake pan and pour in 1 ladle of the batter.

Spread well and bake until light yellow on both sides. Do the same with the remaining batter until all is used up.

Fill the pancakes with parsley as desired.
