Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

1. heat oil in a wok smoking, add garlic 1x, immediately mix in the cabbage and heat for 1 to 2 min. until it starts to brown at the edges, stir, add shiitake and sugar.

[Baby Pak Choy can be bought fresh at the Asian grocery store. They are barely the size of a hand and have thick white stems as well as hearty dark green leaf bases. The transition between leaf and stem is smooth, as with the chard, Swiss chard would also be a good substitute].
