Instructions:

Sauté chicken meat in oil, season with salt, season with pepper, followed by simmering with white wine for 20 min. on low heat.

Sauté pork in oil, season with salt, season with pepper, cook with chopped onions and garlic cloves for 20-30 min. on low heat.

Heat oil and cook long grain rice until translucent, add salt and saffron, add water. Add diced paprika. Separate the pieces of meat from the rest and add the rest to the long grain rice form. Add the peas to the long grain rice.

When the long grain rice-vegetable mixture is almost cooked, place it in a gratin dish. Put the tuna, tomatoes, mushrooms and the meat pieces in it. Put it in the cold stove and set it at 100-150 degrees. Keep it in the stove until it is hot and cooked through.
