For the oven squash, cut the squash into small wedges and then divide the wedges into smaller pieces. Cut away the soft inside of the pumpkin, as well as the peel from the pumpkin.

In a plastic bowl (to which you have a tight-fitting lid), stir together the remaining ingredients, then add the pumpkin pieces to the bowl and close the plastic bowl tightly, shaking.

This way the marinade spreads very well on the pumpkin pieces. Pieces then bake in the oven in a Rein or on a baking sheet at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.
