Instructions:

For the oven potatoes with curd dip, wash the potatoes, brush if necessary and cut in half lengthwise. Place on a baking sheet with the cut surfaces facing up. Sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds, cover with butter flakes. Bake potatoes in preheated oven at 200 °C for about 35-40 minutes.

Mix curd cheese and yogurt, season with finely chopped onions, garlic and spices. Wash herbs, dab dry, chop finely and add as well.

Peel or clean and wash the carrots and radishes, finely dice both and stir into the dip. If desired, dress the baked potatoes with curd dip with chives and basil.
