Instructions:

First you prepare a yeast dough. To do this, stir the yeast in a cup with a tablespoon of sugar (4 servings at a time). Now mix the flour with salt, eggs, the remaining sugar, add the milk and finally the yeast. Knead well, the dough must be very smooth. Keep warm for 10 minutes.

Spread thin slices of bacon on a gratin dish and cover with the pear halves. Work the yeast dough well again and form over the pears. Let rise again for 10 minutes.

Cover with thin slices of bacon. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 60-70 minutes.

Serve with juice sauce (you can use canned pear juice).
