Dice tomatoes and onions, sauté in butter, then add garlic and paradeis pulp. Cook everything together for about 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. sugar. Then fill up with clear soup and simmer again for 10 minutes, then strain or whisk. Finally, add the cooked long grain rice. Pour the soup into a deep dish and finish with a dollop of crème fraîche.
