Orange Sticks

Prepare a batter from the ingredients. Fill the dough into a piping bag (with a serrated nozzle) and pipe sticks about 6 cm long onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Gas: level 3-4

Baking time: about 10 min.

Spread half of the cookies on the underside with 100 g of smoothly stirred nut nougat cream, cover with the remaining sticks. Dip one end of each stick into dissolved cooking chocolate.
