Instructions:

Put the freshly squeezed orange juice, sugar, cinnamon stick and clove in a saucepan and boil while stirring. Leave to boil on the stove for approx. 5 min.

Cool and put in a clean sealable container (e.g. jar) together with the rum. Allow to infuse for approx. 6 weeks. Filter the liqueur and pour into a clean carafe or alternatively bottle.

Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderful sweet and spicy note!
