For the orange Easter lamb, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks, sugar and soft butter until creamy.

Mix in orange juice, orange zest, flour and baking powder. Gently fold in the snow, pour the batter into a greased and floured lamb mold.

Bake the orange Easter lamb in the oven at 180 °C top-bottom heat for approx. 30-40 minutes.
