Wash the organic oranges, rub dry and finely grate the peel. Cut the oranges in half, keeping the center slice for each, and squeeze out the rest.

Boil 150 ml liquid whipping cream with the grated orange peel, the dried orange peel, the vanilla sugar and 80 g sugar.

Fill up the orange juice with water to 350 ml, mix this liquid with the cornstarch. Now mix both masses together and boil them again for one minute.

Line two bowls with the orange slices set aside, spread the hot cream on them and refrigerate. After about two hours you can turn the cream and serve.
