For the onion egg feast, cut the onion into rings. Cut the turkey ham into oblongs as well.

Heat a non-stick pan, fry the onion in it without oil, then add the turkey ham. Put everything together on one side of the pan, beat the 3 eggs over it.

Season with wild garlic salt. Allow eggs to set, turn over, finish frying. Season the onion and egg dish with pepper if necessary.
