A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Melt the yeast and salt in the water. Add the flour and then the oil. Knead in a food processor on low speed for 10 min. Let the soft dough rise with the lid closed at room temperature for 40-60 min.

For the topping, crumble the cheese into a small saucepan and warm slightly. Then mash it with a fork. Stir the whipped cream with it. Slice the onions into very thin slices.

Grease 1 baking tray for every 2 patties. Knead the dough briefly and cut into quarters. Roll each piece into a ball. Place 2 balls on each baking sheet and roll out into thin patties with a small cake roller. Spread the cheese cream on the patties. Leave a margin of 2.5 cm all around. Spread the onion rings evenly on top and sprinkle with the thyme leaves.

Place the patties in the cold oven (center) and bake at 200 °C for 25-half hours until crispy.
