Instructions:

For the onion and tomato cake, mix the curd, yolks, salt, milk and oil. Mix flour and baking powder, add and knead until smooth.

Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into slices. Heat one tablespoon of oil and fry the bacon cut into small cubes.

Add the onion slices and fry over low heat. Preheat the oven to 225 °C for about 10 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and place it in a greased baking pan.

Spread the onion and bacon mixture on top and cover with the tomato slices, sprinkle with the cheese and bake for approx. 20 minutes on the middle shelf.
