Knead together with the butter cut into small pieces: the sour whipped cream and the egg to a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for a short time. Line a cake pan with it, forming a rim of about 3 cm.

For the topping, cut the bacon into thin strips. Cut the onion into thin rings or slice it. Fry the bacon without fat in a frying pan: remove.

Add butter to the rendered bacon fat form and sauté the onions in it for 10 minutes until soft.

Mash the cheese with a fork. Peel the apple and grate it coarsely. Mix apple, onions, cheese and half of the bacon strips.

Mix sour cream, crème fraîche, eggs and flour and season heartily with salt: pepper and thyme.

Mix half of the glaze with the onion mixture and spread on the dough form. Pour the remaining glaze on top. Sprinkle the remaining bacon strips on top.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve lukewarm.
