Instructions:

For the One Pot Vegetable Pasta, wash the vegetables, peel if necessary and cut into bite-sized pieces, chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onion and garlic, add soup and bring to a boil.

Add the pasta and vegetables to the soup and cook, stirring often, until al dente. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and herb salt, freshly chopped herbs and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Finally, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them together with the whipped cream. Arrange the One Pot Vegetable Pasta on a plate and serve sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.
