In a saucepan bring milk and salt to a boil, soften the noodles in it. Steam the softly cooked pasta. Mix vanilla sugar, butter, egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add the butter mixture to the noodles form. Whip egg whites to egg whites. Beat stiffly beaten egg whites with fine crystal sugar and fold the amount into the pasta. Put half of this amount into a buttered and floured gratin dish.

For the filling: mix poppy seeds, powdered sugar and cinnamon well, sprinkle with the raisins on the filled quantity, drizzle with butter.

Pour in the rest of the pasta mixture. Bake in a medium hot oven for 40 minutes.

Arrange the pasta casserole on plates.
