For the Nutella Chocolate Cupcakes, mix all dry ingredients, except sugar, in a bowl. Beat the eggs until frothy.

Slowly add the sugar and Baileys and gradually add the melted butter. Add the egg and sugar mixture to the dry ingredients and mix again.

Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Then let them cool down.

For the cream, mix the curd cheese with Baileys, vanilla sugar, honey and Nutella. Depending on the desired sweetness, add the powdered sugar.

Use a piping bag to pipe the cream onto the cooled muffins and decorate with coconut flakes or similar. Let the Nutella chocolate cupcakes cool and serve.
