For the Nutella buns, melt the butter. Crumble the yeast, mix with flour, sugar, cinnamon, milk, melted butter and egg with your hands to form a dough and let it rise covered for half an hour.

Roll out the dough a little thicker with a rolling pin, spread with Nutella and roll up. Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Line a springform pan with baking paper or grease it, cut the dough roll into 5 cm thick slices and place the snails in the springform pan with some space between them.

Wait 20 minutes, then brush with whisked yolk and bake for three quarters of an hour.
