Instructions:

Mix fat with nut-nougat cream and sugar, fold in eggs one by one. Sift flour and baking powder together finely. Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the paper baking cups on a baking tray. Drop the batter by spoonfuls to about 1 cm below the rim. Do not put it higher, because the muffins will rise during baking, otherwise the dough will swell over the edge. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a cooling rack. Stir confectioner’s sugar with water, drizzle over muffins with a teaspoon. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Preparation time: about half an hour.
