Clean broccoli and cut the roses into small pieces. Blanch in boiling hot water for 3 min. Cut at least one clove of garlic into slices and sauté in butter with the broccoli. Season with salt and pepper and cook with closed lid for 5 min. Sprinkle with coarsely grated pecorino and toasted almond kernels.

Info: Goes well with tortellini or farfalle.

The 330 calories or 1390 joules can probably tolerate any unit.
