Instructions:

For the nut bread, dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the sugar. Stir in half of the wheat flour and let the pre-dough rise covered for about 1 hour.

Knead the remaining ingredients into the dough and place in a greased loaf pan.

Cut the dough several times on the surface and let it rise covered for another 1 hour.

Bake the nut bread in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
