Instructions:

Draw the desired figure as large as possible on an A4 paper (or print a template with the computer) and cut it out.

Put all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry in a bowl and knead briskly to form a smooth, flush dough . Wrap the dough well and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175°C hot air.

Now roll out the dough thinly on a sheet of baking paper and cut out or wheel out two numbers of the same size using the template.

You will need a total of 2 large shortbread cookies.

Take away the excess dough and wrap again.

Now bake the cookies for about 15 minutes until golden brown and remove from the oven. Tip: Let cool briefly on the tray and then carefully pull the number with the baking paper onto the work surface and let cool well.

Wash the berries and drain on a paper towel.

Place the first cookie on a decorative cake plate. Using the piping bag, pipe small, evenly sized dots onto the shortbread. Now place the second cookie on top.

Again pipe small dots on top of the second cookie and then decorate as follows:

First cut the strawberries in half and place them on top of the cream.

Then put the raspberries, then the next smaller element to decorate (for example, the flowers) and finally fill with the smaller decorative elements.
