Make nettle leaves in salted water, strain and chop.

Pour hot milk over the diced bread and let it stand for a few minutes. Add nettle vegetables, season with finely chopped onion and spices. Stir in eggs. Bake in a greased gratin dish at 180 °C for half an hour.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
