50 g nettle tips, cut into strips, mix yeast, honey, water and sea salt. Add wheat and spelt to the liquid, knead for 10-12 minutes, then leave for 10 minutes.
Melt the butter and add it to the dough. Sauté the onion in a little bit of oil until soft, add the nettle tops for 2-3 minutes and knead everything into the dough. Shape the dough into a round loaf and bake at 250 °C for 20-half hours.
