For the natural turkey cutlets, very lightly pound the turkey cutlets.

Season with salt and pepper and dust very lightly with flour. In a large frying pan, heat the oil to medium temperature and place the turkey cutlets. If you slightly cut the edges of the cutlets, they will not bulge when fried out.After about 2 minutes, turn the cutlets and fry for another minute.

Lift out the finished pouch cutlets, drain briefly on paper towels and keep warm.

Extinguish the frying residue with soup and let it boil down a bit. If necessary, thicken with a little cold butter.

Serve the natural turkey escalopes with a side dish of your choice and the juice.
