For the nasi goreng, finely grind onions, garlic and sambal with a little salt using a blender. Fry in oil until the onions are light brown. Add the meat and fry as well.

Add the long grain rice and fry briefly. Stir well with soy sauce. Serve with fried eggs and pickles.
