For the mushroom spiral muffins, cook the spirals in salted water until al dente, strain the water and mix the still warm spirals well with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill the mixture into muffin cups and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes. Remove the finished mushroom spiral muffins from the oven, allow to cool slightly and serve either hot or cold.
