For the mushroom and bell pepper spaghetti, slice mushrooms. Peppers in strips and onion cut into small pieces, fry everything really hot until it is nice and brown.

Then deglaze with white wine let it boil down briefly and then deglaze again with soy sauce.

Add whipped cream and creme fraiche. Let it boil down briefly. If the sauce is too thin, thicken with a little cornflour and season with salt and pepper.

Garnish the mushroom and bell pepper spaghetti with parsley and serve.
