Instructions:

Cream the butter with the powdered sugar and yolks. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff and mix into the butter mixture. Then carefully stir in flour, grated chocolate, cold mulled wine, cinnamon, clove powder and baking powder. Butter small ramekins and pour in mixture to 3/4 height. Place the molds in a water bath and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
