Instructions:

For the muesli cream, mix milk and yogurt and stir with the grated orange peel, muesli and sugar. Allow to swell for approx. 2 hours.

Soak gelatine in cold water and squeeze out. Heat rum and dissolve gelatine in it. Add to the muesli cream.
