For the sea rice:





Instructions:

Bring the rice to the boil, add the seaweed powder and cook until done.

Remove the mozzarella from the package, drain and cut into even slices. Marinate with spices of your choice and vinegar and Monini Gran Fruttato olive oil.

Wash tomatoes and slice them as well. Season with salt and pepper and also drizzle with vinegar and Monini Gran Fruttato olive oil.

Build a tower with the cheese and tomato slices and basil leaves and pin together with a small wooden skewer.

Place the rice on the plate and put the lighthouse on top.
