A fine recipe with chocolate:

Quickly knead all the ingredients on the board into a dough and rest for 15 to 20 min. Turn into a roll on the floured board, cut slices into small pieces and cover the Mozart / chocolate balls.Steep in salted water for 10 to 15 min.

Ps: To prevent leakage of the Mozart balls during cooking, they should be well chilled or frozen in the freezer beforehand and in any case remove the aluminum foil before wrapping!
