Peel apples and pears, cut into eighths, core. Cut plums in half, remove seeds. Steam fruit in Vinsanto for 15 min until soft, add grape juice, simmer at low temperature until thick compote is formed. Mix the mustard powder with a little water, add with the grapes and simmer for a short time. When cooled, fill into jars, sprinkle with cinnamon and keep in the refrigerator (will keep for about 4 weeks). Tastes great as an addition to cold and hot roast.
