For the marinade, mix coriander, chili, balsamic vinegar and teriyaki sauce and marinate the monkfish medallions for 2 hours. Grill on the broiler for 3-4 minutes or roast in a coated frying pan.

Cut the vegetables into narrow strips, preheat the wok and roast the vegetables quickly and hot. Extinguish with the teriyaki sauce for vegetables and season with curry and cumin. Arrange the vegetables and place the monkfish medallions on top.
