Instructions:

Grind the peppers (if they are the hard Canarian ones, soak them first). In a mortar, crush the garlic and spices, add the remaining ingredients, continue to crush well and stir. Possibly add 1 tbsp. ground paprika or 100 g of roasted, ground almond kernels.

Delicious with meat, vegetables or just dip bread in it on the beach and enjoy…..

Tip: Stock up on a range of high-quality spices – it pays off!
