Pit melons and use a baller to loosen the pulp from the glass skins. Mix the juice of one lemon with the lemon skin, arrack and sugar, msichen with the melon balls. Offer the leaf salad in a glass bowl and put it to cool for min. 2 h with the lid closed. Serve ice cold with whipped cream, seasoned with sugar and arrack.

Tip: Lemons add a fresh touch to dishes. Choose deliberately ripe, rich yellow lemons!
