Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

(*) cake pan (quiche pan) of 28-30cm length.

Melt the coffee in the water. Mix all ingredients one by one in a wide form. Finally add flour and baking powder. Mix with a mixer or with a scoop until a smooth dough is formed.

Line baking pan with parchment paper. Pour a good third of the batter into the pan. Place 2/3 of the chocolate nesting angels lengthwise in two rows on top of the filling, covering with one-third of the dough. Place the remaining chocolate sticks in the center of the pan on top of the dough and cover them with the remaining dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place Cake on the lowest rack in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Reduce heat to 160 degrees and finish baking cake another 30 min. or so.

Dust with powdered sugar.

Note: The cake can be kept wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for about a week.
