Instructions:

For the minute steak parcels in white wine and corn sauce, place the prosciutto slices one by one, spread a little mustard in the middle, place minute steaks on top.

Place about 1 cm thick slice of mozzarella on top. Cut the tomato into 8 slices or half slices and spread on the cheese, season a little with salt and pepper, place the sage leaf on top and fold the prosciutto in from both sides, one on top of the other.

Fry the parcels in olive oil in a large, deep hot pan – just from the bottom side. Fry the pickled gherkins briefly, then deglaze with white wine and pour in the whipped cream.

Put the lid on and simmer for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should be nicely melted. Then briefly lift the meat packets out of the sauce and stir in the corn flour.

Blend well with a hand blender, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Put the meat parcels back into the sauce and simmer for a few more minutes.
