Instructions:

For the minestrone, finely chop the onion, garlic and bell bell pepper.

Cut sausage into very fine cubes, potatoes and zucchini into bite-sized cubes. Cut tomatoes a few times.

Now heat oil in a suitable pot and slowly fry onions, garlic and rosemary sprigs.

Add bell bell pepper and cantaloupe, also sauté briefly. Mix in the diced potatoes, pour in the soup and cook covered for about 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, break the spaghetti into smaller pieces and then add with the summer vegetables. After another 3-4 minutes, stir in the diced tomatoes and zucchini and now simmer until everything is cooked al dente.

Remove the rosemary again, season the soup again, serve and sprinkle the minestrone with freshly grated cheese before serving.
