For minced rolls wrapped in ham, mix minced meat and 1 bottle of salsa sauce. Place ham slices on a kitchen board and form small rolls from the mince.

Roll up with the ham slices, folding in the sides, similar to roulades, secure with toothpicks.

Repeat until all the mince is used up. Put oil in a casserole and fry the rolls all around. Deglaze with water and add the second bottle of salsa sauce.

Simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes and then on low heat for another 30 minutes, adding a little water from time to time if necessary.

Cook the rice as usual. Finally, taste and season the sauce, thicken and serve with the rice.
