Instructions:

* Soak rolls in water, squeeze. Remove the peel from garlic and onions, chop. Knead everything with minced meat, egg and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Cut quantity in half, roll out between foil.

* For the Greek filling, cut cheese into cubes, clean peppers, rinse, also cut into cubes. Spread evenly with olives on one mince plate, sprinkle with paprika and roll up.

* For the zucchini filling, wash off vegetables, dill. Cut zucchini into strips, sauté in a tiny bit of water. Chop dill, mix with crème fraîche. Season, put on the second mince plate form, roll up. Preheat stove to 175 °C.

* Place the minced roll in a greased baking dish, pour on clear soup, bake for about 45 min.

Tip: Zucchini are a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
