For minced roast, sauté the onion, leek, and garlic clove, all finely chopped together, in butter and let cool.

Put the chopped meat in a large enough bowl and mix well with all the ingredients. With moistened hands, form an oblong roast. Put a piece of butter in a frying pan of appropriate size for the piece of meat and put the roast in the stove.

The roast must be basted several times with the fat and requires a roasting time of about 40 minutes. When it is cooked, it is taken out, the fat is drained and deglazed with a little white wine.

For the sauce, add a little more water and dissolve the gravy cube in it. Season the sauce and pour it over the cut meat.

For example, mashed potatoes and steamed pumpkin go well with the minced roast.
