Instructions:

Soak rolls in water, squeeze well. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix ingredients with minced meat and egg. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Form 12 dumplings. Divide the feta cheese into 12 cubes and place one cube in the middle of each dumpling and cover with minced meat. Th*my Sun & Olive become hot and roast the meatballs in it until brown on all sides.
