For the millet pancakes grind millet well. Whisk millet, eggs, milk, mineral water, salt and musakt with a snow pea to a smooth dough and sweeten with honey to taste.

Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the millet pancakes in batches on both sides until golden brown, then serve while still warm drizzled with maple syrup or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
