Instructions:

Wash the millet well. Boil vegetable soup with bitter orange juice, ginger and salt. Stir in the millet and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Then mix with the mashed potato powder and dates. Let swell for 10 minutes. Then form loafs and fry in the oven or in a pan until golden brown.

For the soy yogurt, mix the bitter orange zest with the herbs and yogurt and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the Hirselaibchen with the yogurt sauce and serve immediately.
