Instructions:

Make the millet like long grain rice, then cool. Remove the seeds from all the peppers and cut them. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Mix all ingredients, stir in the cooled millet, season and place in a greased gratin dish. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Arrange the millet casserole decoratively on plates.
