Instructions:

For the Mexican salad, wash the lettuce and chop it a bit. Dice the tomatoes and avocado. Finely dice the onion.

Mix lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onion, corn and beans. Wash and dice the chicken breast and season to taste.

Then fry briefly, let cool and add to the vegetables. For the dressing, mix yogurt, oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and drizzle over the salad.
